How to Use Our Booking Tool
For First-Time Clients
1. Enter your trip details, including pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and service type (e.g., airport transfer, point-to-point, hourly).
2. Use airport codes (e.g., ORD for O’Hare, MDW for Midway) for faster search.
3. Submit your booking after reviewing the details.
4. Once approved, we’ll send a confirmation email, usually within 1 hour.
For Existing Clients (First Time Using the Online System)
1. Log in using the email address where you’ve received past booking confirmations.
2. Click “Forgot Password” to reset your password and access your account.
3. Once logged in, you can book new trips, view/modify reservations, and update payment info.
4. Reservations are automatically approved, and confirmation will be sent within a few hours.
